Hello ! I need some help ! [ Image With Lost art Credit ]

So , There is a sticker I'm using for my 01 TUCK Quota and I cannot find the original artist , I've tried everything , I've used Tineye , Labnol , you name it and Can't find anything to the original artwork , I've also used google's image search but no results whatsoever. Will you help me out and Find the original artist and artwork ? It's very appreciated and It will get the quota out sooner because in order for me to post it i need the art credit !
