:sparkling_heart: Pacifist run :sparkling_heart:

The true pacifist run represents how kindness and forgiveness always help you get out of sticky situations... Your determination to SAVE every single monster awards you. You make Flowey restore your file, so he could reveal you the truth, his true form

You are represented by the song "Hopes and Dreams" (according to Sui's theory). Your adventure includes many fights were you gotta choose between many options, of how to interact with your opponents.

Still... Is being kind to everyone really the right choice?

:broken_heart: Murder run :broken_heart:

By choosing the no mercy run, you use every, and I mean ANY means necessary to obliterate everyone that stands in your way, and you even waste your time, searching for hopeless victims...

You are represented by the song "Megalovania" (according to Sui's theory). Many brave characters try to stop you, such as Papyrus, who had no intention to harm you, even though you emptied the whole town. Undyne, who almost fied to save a child, but with her determination she faced you in a not easy to win fight. Then Mettaton, who knew he'd meet the same fate, but still stood in your way to give tge survivors time to flee. Last, but not least, Sans... Papyrus' older brother, who knew what you were up to all along, and decided to walk out of the shadows, and punish you, for your crimes.

Was this the right choice?

Why choosing Pacifist, when you can face these opponents?

Or

Why choosing Genocide, when you can make so many friends?

First, nice to see a post from you, and thanks for mentioning my buddy Sui.

Anyway, onto my argument. The majority of the game pushes to the pacifist route, even at the very beginning. When we go past the Ruins, we're already usually addicted to it, and we spare everyone, if just to see the clever ways to spare someone and the potentially humorous dialogue we get out if it. Most of the story is also told with the Pacifist route as well. We don't get to get the build up to Asgore's fight as people mention their iration for him, we don't hear Sans talk about the little story about Papyrus, before moving on to Echo Flower, and there's so many other interesting things that are gone if you take a genocide path. Not to mention, it's easier to say I want to do the genocide path again, than to say I want to the genocide path again. Sans has left a small scar in my conscience, fades but not gone. Anyway, the pacifist route is overall the most enjoyable experience, as it gives out interesting lore abd humorous events. It's not to say that Genocide doesn't get you these things, heck, there were moments in the Genocide route where I cracked up. And in addition to the point if the great fights in the Genocide route, there is a profound message in there, and a chance to look at different sides to the characters. Heck, the lore we get from the genocide path is what made Sans such a hit in the fandom.

Final verdict goes to Pacifist. I wholeheartedly recommend that you take both paths, and maybe even Neutral as well, but I choose Pacifist as the single best one.
