These are Vandraren, leaders of the NPCAS, bringing you the results of the NPCAS Drafting!

First of all, what is it that we are talking about?

The NPCAS Drafting is solution created by NPCAS leader Layla Rose to fix our sudden loss of .

Basically, we scavenged for s who we thought were deserving of the position of a member of the NPCAS, choosing based on activity, talent, possible adoration for NPCs, willpower, ability to work in groups, and determination, instead of organizing a fourth recruitment so soon.
