The Price of Hospitality

Happy 4/13 to anyone who knows what I'm talking about. ;^)

Fifth poem for Team L.O.V.E. , 2nd for the Snowdin prompts. This one fits into "Chill Town".

Just imagine that the human's genocidal actions lay undetected and none of the residents of Snowdin fled. However, they then strike fear into the souls of everyone once they decapitate Papyrus, who was still in Snowdin at that time; and then run rampant through the town, killing anyone in sight.

In short, Papyrus gets killed in town when there are people still there, and then a mass murder spree happens.

A conniving juvenile treks through the snow,

Allowing the dust of their victims to coalesce.

They entered a town with a friendly ambiance;

The residents unaware of the wrath the child possessed.

They questioned the whereabouts of the deceased,

Yet did not link their disappearance to the child.

Instead, they accepted them with open arms;

Their demeanour masking the soul of the defiled.

A skeletal figure then entered the town,

With a beaming grin as bright as the sun.

Intending to duel the human on the outskirts of town;

His arrival proved convenient in getting the job done.

The human lunged forward and threw a left hook,

Snapping the skeleton's feeble neck.

They placed their foot on his decapitated head,

And crushed it into nothing more than dust specks.

The monsters were now frozen in horror,

A homicide now engraved in their minds.

This gave the murderer a chance to attack;

The threads of peace of Snowdin began to unwind.

No monster escaped the relentless massacre,

It mattered not how much they pleaded or cried.

For their own hospitality brought their demise;

The cruelty won't stop until the completion of this genocide.
