What is the URNPC Contest about?

URNPC stands for UnderRated Non-Playable Characters. This contest is to bring more love to underrated NPCs in the Underground and bring more attention to them in the Undertale Community. By making this a contest for all, it will open more opportunities for the lesser NPCs to become noticed and loved throughout!

Which NPCs Should not be Used?

If any of these following NPCs are used, it will not count in the contest since this is purely for the under-rated characters.
