This is the most important lore question that's ever been asked ever, fight me.

My picks:

Undyne: She would get down with hardcore punk, I think. Strong metal vibes from her as well. She would definitely have the same music taste as Alphys though.

Alphys: Speaking of...j-pop. I know it's a copout. Add in nineties era boy bands lol

Asgore: He already canonically listens to country music in Deltarune so this one is easy. Loves Johnny Cash (ESPECIALLY his later work), Willie Nelson, Sturgill Simpson, good country. I give him the benefit of the doubt.

Toriel: Gentler classical music or older jazz I feel.

Asriel: He'd be the type to listen to video game OSTs more than anything else honestly. Have fun with this one.

Mettaton: Himself. Or Prince.

Sans: Jazz and classic rock mainly, LOVES Radiohead, absolute Pink Floyd snob.
