INGREDIENTS:

¾ cup creamy peanut butter

⅓ cup unsweetened cocoa powder

3 cups confectioners sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract

⅔ cup thick dairy-free milk

DIRECTIONS:

- Place all of the ingredients into a food processor.

INGREDIENTS:

- Process until smooth and creamy.

- If too thick, add a little more milk.

- Use a rubber spatula to scrape frosting into a bowl.

PERSONAL THOUGHT:

It was difficult to get the consistency right for this one. I personally feel that using a had mixer on the wet ingredients, then slowly adding in the dry ingredients, would yield a better result. Our frosting came out the consistency of soft fudge, which made piping it impossible. Super yummy though.
