Quintessence

I had an absolutely amazing time at Quintessence. The waiter was polite and very accommodating to our party of nine. Everyone was very pleased with their dishes. I was very proud of myself to try a new item on the menu (haha). I normally order the margarita pizza that is topped with macadamia cheeze and fresh basil. I literally order it every time I go to quintessence; there are no words that can explain how truly amazing it is!! Instead, I ordered the Buddha bowl; a bowl of kale, mixed greens, cucumber, red onion, scallion, sprouts and fofu (raw Tofu made of cashews & Irish moss) with a creamy scallion cashew dressing. I was in the mood for salad and the dressing was creamy. I especially loved the addition of the scallions. For dessert, I had the chocolate lava cake and a root coffee (a mix of herbs that blend together to taste like coffee, without the negative effects caffeine).
