I enjoy souvlaki all year round but I especially like it in spring and the beginning of the BBQ season. #PFTW2018
You can use anything you want for the "meat", I've had it with tofu, seitan and this time with Oumph! kebab pieces. It was the first time trying this product, it's very heavily spiced but not bad at all :blush: It cooks very easily in the pan and is ready in a few minutes.
I made the souvlaki wrap with warmed pita, oven chips (fries), soy tzatziki, tomatoes and onions. My wrapping skills are not great but I managed to hold the souvlakia together. Very filling :grin:
