Anyone wanna help me create a oc! I'm having a hard time trying to plan one out

Mainly the backstory cause I wanna create one hero and one villain

maybe start with why the villain js a villain. for example perhaps it stems from their childhood within a corrupt kingdom which broke the villain, leading them down a dark path. perhaps your hero could’ve done something to anger the villain which led to them becoming the person they are today?

just keep thinking about why and what could have happened which led to who they are now.
