I realized how shitty Walmart sketchbooks can be but this sketchbook was a gift so I have to use it. XD

Lollll yes!! I used them too when I was a kid (I actually went through my childhood sketchbooks recently), and the paper didn't seem as bad and I was ROUGH on sketchbooks then. But now it's like
Me: *puts one gentle line on the paper*
The paper: *falls apart*

Lmaooo maybe the quality has gone downhill. I was definitely hard on my sketchbooks too like draw on one page and the outline was visible for 5 pages after. Rarely got actual holes or tears tho

yes same :sob: I also used a lot of watercolors in mine at one point (but that was when I was over the age of 12 lol)
I also used to throw mine a lot (when I was in elementary school) . Like my friends and i would play "toss rose's sketchbook around" at recess. And the poor poor elderly woman that was in charge of watching the playground was so stressed by us XD but they still held up!!!
If I drop it today I know it'll somehow burst into flames XD
