Putting out feelers

I’m wanting to start a long term group RP on discord and was wondering if anyone would be down for working with me to develop and build it?

I’m thinking of some kind of mystery slice of life with mythological creatures that have established a town protected by some sort of magic that hides it? Like it’s not on any maps because of the magic, and humans who wander into the town quickly forget about it and any photos or videos taken within the town are magically erased? Or maybe if humans wander across the boundary of this town, it immediately teleports them to the other side of the town boundary and they continue on their way as if it was never there? Not sure yet if I even want this aspect at all?

Because maybe the town is just really good at keeping the fantastical identities of the residents hidden, and they can step in if exposure does occur, so that they can at least encourage tourism and cultivate a stable economy. Idk.

But bottom line, I want fantastical, mythological, supernatural creatures living together in a town. I want some big bad to threaten their peace. I want factions and cults. I want conspiracies. I want this town to feel alive and fleshed out, with like a town council, schools, main st with all the locally owned businesses, the local spots that kids go for fun or illegal activities, a lovers lane, family feuds, etc.

I feel like this is too much for much for me to take on by myself, and I would love to be able to bounce ideas off someone(s) to develop this and make it sound thought out and alive.
