It wasn't a hard decision to make when the captain of The Siren told his crew they could stay the night at the docks and attend the party. Ronan's crew was excited to spend some time not on the water. The captain had been given each of them ten coins worth of money to spend. The male himself had dawned his nicer clothes and put his long hair into a low ponytail.

Ronan made his way through the party, a cup of beer in his hand. He was already on his third cup and the buzz was beginning to take over. As he made his way through the area a couple men and women gave him stares. Ronan would just smirk and nodd towards them. It felt like everywhere he went there was some sort of eyes on him. He didn't mind though. The pirate was definitely one for attention.

By the time the night was really going, Ronan had five beers down and a man on one knee and a woman on the other. The male chuckled as they all chatted, his hands running up and down their backs. Ronan leaned in and kissed the female before turning to the male and doing the same. The crew stood by, shaking their heads and chuckling.

When one first meets Ronan, he definitely seems intimidating. He's tall, and on top of it all he looks pissed off all the time. But, that's just the nature of his facial features.

In reality, Ronan is a sweetheart and a goofball. He's kind to his crew and everyone he meets, and does his best to make everyone feel valued. His friends often say that once you get to know Ronan, you love him.

Ronan's number one fear is losing the people close to him. He especially fears losing his crew, as they are like family to him and he often puts pressure on himself to keep them safe and return them from each adventure safe and sound

This fear arises from the lose of his father when he was still very young. And, in a way, his mother's ing as well, even though he never knew her.

Ronan has a habit of drinking a little too much when booze is offered to him. Other than that, he also tends to care more about the well-being of others rather rhan his own health.

At a young age, Ronan learned how to draw maps. This hobby of his has stayed with him his whole life. Most nights Ronan can be found with a candle lit on his desk and a quill in hand, drawing the curves of the land, or the waves of the ocean.

On the outside, Ronan seems to be in perfect health physically. However, the scars that cover his body tell a different story. The wreck that took his father also left the male in great pain, internal damage that only slightly healed still causes the captain to have bad days where the pain flares.

Ronan is the type of person who tries to seem as though he's got it all together. Yet, once someone breaks down the wall he erected to keep his emotional turmoil in, it's easy to see that the hardships he's had to face in life have taken a toll on the captain.

Ronan's father, Alexander Rogers, taught the male everything he knows about sailing, mapping, and fighting. The two were very close, and Ronan credits his father for the wonderful childhood he had. However, Ronan lost his father during a storm that caused lightning to strike the boat and set it ablaze. The captain went down with his ship and was lost for good.

Ronan was born to the mighty Captain Alexander Rogers, who manned the most famous vessel on the high seas, The Siren. Alexander was known for his way with the ladies, and as such had a new guest aboard every night. However, one night on the docks Alexander met a fine young lady named Cordelia, whom the pirate instantly fell in love with. Three years and a marriage later, Cordelia gave birth to baby Ronan. Yet, the happiest moment of Captain Alexander's life was shadowed with darkness. Cordelia did not survive the birth, dying as Ronan took his first breath. Alexander was devastated, but vowed that he would raise their son as Cordelia would have.

Growing up the son of a pirate was certainly an interesting life. Although his father was always sailing and was a very busy man, he still made time for his son and treated him well. Ronan would later in life come to say that although his father was his biological family, the crew of The Siren were also his family due to the fact that they helped to take care of the boy.

──𝒜𝒹𝑜𝓁𝑒𝓈𝒸𝑒𝓃𝒸𝑒──✧

When Ronan finally became a teenager, Alexander began to teach his son the ways of being a pirate. Ronan's favorite activity was learning how to navigate the ship. The boy would often be found studying maps and even creating his own well into the night, working by candle light as the ship swayed. Ronan worked hard to impress his father and become just as good a pirate as him. From sword fighting to hoisting the sails, Ronan learned it all. Alexander always taught him that to become a good captain, one must learn how to run the ship from top to bottom.

Ronan's life changed forever one stormy summer night. The ship was close to the nearest port and Alexander was certain they could make it before things got worse. If they simply stayed in one spot they would certainly drown. However, the storm progressed faster than expected, and lightening began as the ship was nearly there. Lightening hit the main sails, setting them ablaze and beginning a fire that would be the end of The Siren. The ship sank that day, and with it went Alexander Rogers. Ronan was found washed ashore at the close by port, his body scared for the rest of his life. He was now without a father, and the crew of The Siren that survived looked to their new captain for guidance.

Ronan worked with the surviving crew to rebuild The Siren. Now as a fully fledged captain, Ronan made a name for himself just as his father did, returning The Siren to it's former glory. A lot of the old crew continued to work with him, but Ronan always moved forward to make his father proud and to sail the seas.
