last minute plans for the beach tomorrow. i’m trying to pick an outfit right now so i’m not scrambling in the morning.

i went back to the gym today for the first time since December & i was so surprised that i kinda picked up where i left off. it definitely tired me out and hurt a lot faster than it did before but i expected to have to use lighter weights & run in shorter bursts but i didn’t have to! i forgot how go...
