Luka:

            Black Paladin (formerly Red) Keith Kogane ascends the throne this year! The Galra Empire has hope for the future as their chosen Emperor accepts what is rightfully his.

             When asked "why now?" Emperor Kogane replied with "The recovery and relief efforts that we (the Blade of Marmora) have been doing... have finally come to an end. There's no one in immediate need of help now. So it's time to accept my new role and duty to my people and the cosmos."
