I'm doing a new series of my own personal exploration of Tarot cards. These views are a combination of the more popular interpretations, my decks that slightly differ, and my own personal 30+ years of reading and learning Divination and Tarot.
It's been my experience that reading cards is a mix of natural inclination, practiced skill, intuitive art, and understanding perception and how it works. It's with this opinion that I interrupt cards and dive into their meaning.
While tarot cards of give multiple interpretations and explanations to one card. This doesn’t mean that everytime every single word applies. This is where intuitive art comes in. It's the ability to feel the cards and situation to determine which meaning is actually being conveyed through the card.
I will not being going in a specific order with these cards because when you read - they don't fall in order. And I feel certain cards take priority over others as there are a few that are most commonly either misunderstood or misinterpreted.

The ace of pentacles is typically a good card to see. Even in a more precautionary position of a spread. It generally takes on the role of speaking to a need of action to obtain the positive qualities this card possesses. Being seen as a card of prosperity. It generally is viewed as a fortuitous card.

Below are 4 separate interpretations of the ten of swords. Two are the most common. The third is from the Steampunk Tarot. And the fourth is The Enchanted Forest Tarot which is almost entirely different all together. As you read. Pay attention to how many different ways these interpretations can be taken. And don't focus on merely 1 keyword or interpretation. Instead, dissect these interpretations and reflect on past readings to which this card appeared and which parts were actually applicable and which parts were mere perceptions that prevented the actual interpretations to actually surface:

Labyrinthos
In this card, there is a single mysterious hand that comes out of the clouds. In the hand is what looks like a gold coin with a pentagram engraved on its surface. This pentacle is associated with the element of earth, and seen as a sign of wealth and all things material and earthly. Below the hand is a garden which appears to be flourishing with flowers and other kinds of vegetation - giving off the aura of fertility, growth and prosperity. The mountain represents the ambition required to drive one's search for the pentacle. The flowing creek seem to indicate that emotions are flowing toward this ambition.
The aces in the tarot are all indicative of new beginnings. When you draw any of them, it means that you are at a point in your life where a new cycle is beginning - you are about to start afresh.
Because the suit of pentacles is primarily concerned with all things material (not just financial, but also with the sensual), this reset could manifest itself as a new career, the undertaking of a new venture, or the start of putting more care into your health. Wherever this beginning takes place, the Ace of Pentacles assures that what is to come will bring great abundance and opportunity.
Watering this seed has the potential to be very rewarding - for anything that is grown on this energy is meant to be stable, secure and give a good yield.
To see the Ace of Pentacles indicates a seed being planted in the material world, in your feelings of security and stability. Like a seed, this opportunity must also be nurtured, and sometimes invested in with energy, time or funds. Watering this seed has the potential to be very rewarding - for anything that is grown on this energy is meant to be stable, secure and give a good yield. Prosperity is coming your way.
One also has to make sure that they are psychologically prepared for the opportunities that are appearing. To be able to harvest the gift of the pentacles, we need to be filled with the calm that stability brings - this is a kind of spiritual prosperity, if you will. This kind of mindset can mean we become open to trying new things and not sticking to the old, washed out routine.

Rider - Waite/Biddy Tarot
The Ace of Pentacles depicts a hand emerging from the clouds, much like the Aces of the other suits. A large coin sits in the cupped palm, freely available to whoever has the wherewithal to take it. It is as if a new opportunity, associated with wealth, business, and manifestation, has appeared out of nowhere and is now being extended to you in all its glory. The impetus is now on you to accept this offer and turn it into something meaningful and sustainable.
The landscape in this card is lush and abounding: a garden brimming with green grass and white lilies. A small path leads to an archway, wrapped in beautiful foliage and flowers and, beyond the arch, mountain peaks soar in the horizon. This verdant imagery signals that the time is ripe to move forward with your career and financial ambitions. While it will require hard work and determination (scaling mountains is no easy task), the Ace of Pentacles encourages you to make the most of this opportunity while it’s in its most abundant state.
The Ace of Pentacles, like the other Aces of the Tarot, represents new beginnings, opportunities, and potential – and as a Pentacles card, these new beginnings correlate to the material world: finances, wealth, career, physical health and manifestation of your goals. You may receive a new job offer, an unexpected sum of money, a new business or investment opportunity may come your way, or you’ll have the chance to bring an idea to fruition. No matter the occasion, the Ace of Pentacles heralds a sense of prosperity and abundance in the material or financial areas of your life. It undoubtedly comes as a welcome invitation – but it is not a free ride. As with all Aces in the Tarot deck, this card illustrates the possibility of a new endeavour but does not guarantee its manifestation or success. That piece is up to you.
See the Ace of Pentacles as your ‘green light’. It marks the initial stages of manifesting your goals and assures you that you can truly achieve what you have set your mind to do. The world is your oyster and, through careful planning and determined effort, you can manifest your goals and desires. Your ideas are ready to turn into something tangible and real! This card encourages you to map out how you will achieve your ambitions, create targeted plans and get those actions underway. Keep your eyes open for chances to manifest your goals and realise your inner potential.
The Ace of Pentacles also symbolises wealth, not just for your bank but in a holistic sense as well. You may discover opportunities to generate a new source of income or receive a financial gift or windfall. Or you may have a chance to create wealth in a broader sense – happiness, fulfilment, potential, and love. This Ace signifies abundance in all areas of your life. Enjoy it! Feel blessed and deserving of everything that comes your way. If you wish to amplify this feeling of prosperity, live by the Law of Attraction and send your positive energy and intent into the Universe so you will receive more in return.

Now that we have covered the multiple interpretations and the variable uses thereof. Let's look at the cards themselves. In tarot. Each card contains symbolism. And it's important to not only understand the symbolism. But how to apply it as well.
Here are a few examples:
Celtic Tarot

The symbolism we see here demonstrates and resonates the interpretation of this card:
The Number 3
The number three is very strong in this card. And carries a great deal of symbolism with it. It can be seen by the number of legs on the altar, in the number of candles we see, even on the shield propped on the altar. Here's why:
* 3 is the product of 1 and 2. Which means a positive result from a combined effort.
* The number 3 is the number of the Trinity and an auspicious sign for anyone
* It’s roots stem from the meaning of multiplicity. Creative power; growth. Three is a moving forward of energy, overcoming duality, expression, manifestation and synthesis.
The number three generally speaking is a number that represents a lucky disposition in a situation.
The Cauldron
Cauldrons represent the female aspect of divinity, the womb. So by extension abundance and fertility as well as growth and love.
The Crown
Crowns represent power, glory, immortality.
The Candles
Candles symbolize light in the darkness of life especially individual life, illlumination; it is the symbol of holy illumination of the spirit of truth. Lit in times of death, they signify the light in the next world.
The Altar
The altar generally symbolizes that a sacrifice has been made of some kind. And that rewards are coming in return. It could even reflect a need to make an offering in return for an expectation.

Here we have a not very traditional depiction yet still the same symbolism with only 1 source - the frog:
Frogs represent wealth, abundance, ancient wisdom, rebirth, and good luck. As such, the Frog symbol plays an important role here.

Here you see a relatively similar theme as with the other 2 cards. Except instead of the number 3 being present we see the number 5. Here's why:
The number 5 is a symbol for harmony, balance, and peace. It is also the number of the divine grace.

When interpreting cards. It's important to understand not only every aspect of the cards and interpretations themselves. But also the perception of the situation at hand. Often times cards are misinterpreted because the perception of the one inquiring isn't fully being understood or seen. When reading cards it's important to understand that each card is made to have multiple meanings so that they may be interpreted according to individual situations. And that the same meaning doesn't apply to every single situation in the same way. I hope this helped! :grinning:
