Falling

The sensation of falling in a dream can reflect feelings of insecurity or loss of control in your waking life. Whether it's in your personal life or career, this dream may suggest you're experiencing anxiety about something slipping through your fingers.

Flying

On the other hand, flying in a dream tends to symbolise freedom and empowerment. It suggests that you are rising above challenges, breaking free from limitations, or embracing your personal potential. Flying in dreams is certainly one of my favourites!

Loosing Teeth

This disturbing dream can be interpreted a couple of ways. Losing teeth dreams usually represent anxiety about appearance or fear of embarrassment. But they can also point to concerns about communication - feeling you're not being heard or are unable to express yourself.

Being Chased

A classic dream scenario, being chased often indicates that you're avoiding something in real life. Whether it's a situation, a responsibility or a difficult emotion, this dream urges you to face whatever you're running from.

Losing something

If you dream about losing an important item, it may point to feelings of insecurity or anxiety about losing something or someone valuable in your life. Such a dream could also represent a part of yourself that you feel disconnected from.

Death

Dreams of death are less about literal endings and more about transformation. These dreams often symbolise the end of one chapter and the beginning of another, indicating a major life change or personal growth.

water

Water is a powerful symbol, representing emotions and the unconscious mind. Calm, clear water can signal peace and emotional clarity, while turbulent or murky water may suggest emotional turmoil or unresolved feelings.

Snakes

Snakes in dreams can represent transformation, healing or danger, depending on the context. In many cultures, snakes symbolise wisdom and rebirth, but they can also indicate hidden threats or anxieties lurking in your subconscious.

Pregnancy

Pregnancy usually isn't literal but is a symbol of new beginnings, growth or creativity. It can indicate something new developing in your life, such as a project, idea or transformation. It reflects the birth of something significant and the potential for future change.

there are no rules where dream interpretation is concerned. While these common symbols can serve as a guide, the best interpreter of your dreams is YOU! So trust your intuition when trying to figure out your dreams!
