I've only ever got rid of about 4 (YA) books before (Divergent, Twilight, House of Secrets 1+2), so I've never really done one of these.
Well I'm sorry if I've upset any of you so I'm not going to roast any of these... I have a habbit of roasting things and people BTW.

Vampire Dairies - I won't lie, I freaking loved the flashbacks to the Renaissance in these, but everything else just wasn't up my street. (I have very bad luck with vampire books... and I'm a goth. Irony.) It's been a while since I read these so... bye!
Nightschool - the first to books I just gobbled up. But I just couldn't get through the third one. I really like school stories but there was WAY to much romance in it. Also, there's a love triangle. I don't mind that, but what drives me insane is that the protagonist seems to prefer the controlling douche bag.
Whisper My Name - this was a quid from the charity shop. The first part was actually really inreresting, but once a certain objective was acheived it just lost it's pace, and I was left thinking "What actually was the point of that book honestly."
Glass House - again it wasn't my sort of vampire book. It was horror-based, but the sort of horror that I... just... find...boring...
Zzz...
Also I prefer vampire books set in the past or in a fantasy world, because that's just me.
The Mortal Instruments - now City of Bones was great, but City of Ashes was just anoying (I was up for 8 hours one night to get to the end... RIP me). City of Glass was OK, but I just don't have a desire to read on no matter how good book 6 apparantly is.
However, I'm looking forward to trying out Clockwork Angel.
Childeren of Blood and Bone - don't get me wrong, I loved it until the last 200 pages. The romance kicked in, the adventure part faded, there was too much negativity...
And then I felt really racist because I don't like it that much.
The Hazel Wood - OMG this author seems to hate goths. (Not as much as Lauren Kate though hehe.) It could have been beautiful (to me) but the author took the micky by using horrible metaphors, etc. Well goodbye, and don't forget to write-
Actually, please do.
Dead Beautuful - this wasn't actually bad, but it was just another of those stories that TRY to be gothic but don't quite make it. And there was a scientific plot hole.
Keras - I read 8 pages and got bored because it's for 7 year olds. Soz.
Prince of Shadows - I just don't have good luck with Rachel Caine I'm afraid. And I'm not so into Romeo and Juliet. I prefer the darker Shakespeare stuff (she says, having only also read Macbeth and A Midsummer Night's Dream ...)
Well I'm sorry if you liked any of these but my shelf needs space.
