What artists block feels like. (Course language)
Okay, you have your pens, tools, paper, etc.
They’re ready to go and so are you, at least you think you are.
But that section of your brain that’s responsible for all of your masterpieces is on vacation right now, so it’s up to you to get inspired.
You’d think spending hours online would somehow improve your skills or techniques at least a little, or at least get your brain working.
An idea has not presented itself, but that’s okay. Maybe if you just start it’ll come to you, cut to a few hours later.
You are a worthless artist, nothing you do is original or remotely good. You are a blob of nothingness on a tiny grain of a planted on the grain of a galaxy amongst other grains that make up the kitty litter box that is the universe. And you have nothing to offer the world, you aren’t good at this. Go back to your 9-5 job and never dare to dream again, you idiot.
THIS JUST IN; you are not a talentless artists or an uncreative nobody.
Just give it some time, that is literally all you can do.
Listen to angry music, I love listening to music I never do. I’ll listen to “Bubblegum Bitch” and work up some aggravated energy. And then Total Eclipse Of The Heart and doubt life it’s self. It’s a roller coaster, just let it happen.
You are crazy yes, but what talented artist isn’t?
Good luck in all future creative endeavours <3
