Bouta be a monster slayer

Hello!

For this last week, the prompt is Books. I took a few days to think it over- I was unsure how to go about this. I was debating on drawing Lana from Hyrule Warriors: Definitive Eddition because she uses a spell book as her weapon, but I decided to show my ocs a little bit of love. I have a habit of deg a character, loving it too much to give away, calling it an oc as a result, and then never drawing them again- I am attempting to fix this cycle :sweat_smile:

But enough about me! For this challenge, I drew three of my characters- Felix, his young lynel friend Archie, and his moody... actually, I don't know what their relationship is, but it's not good enough to call a friendship, but not bad enough to be enemies. Most like a forced alliance, I suppose. Anyway, Archie destroyed Milan's book, and Felix is more than ive of the destructive monster child. I'm not quite sure why I used a meme as inspiration- I haven't even seen this meme in a solid year. I wasn't thinking about it at all, but it suddenly popped into my head, and here I am now. I cannot deny that I felt absolutely ridiculous drawing and coloring this, but it was so fun at the same time :sob:
