Gaming Newsletter Applications! (CLOSED)

LOOKING FOR EDITIORS!

Hey everyone! I hope everyone has been enjoying my new Series so far, Gaming Newsletter. We're 5 Issues in so far and I think it's been a success. But, I don't want to do this all alone. I want to give you guys the opportunity to participate with me and we can work on the series together! So today, September 28, 2024, we're officially going to start taking Applications for Editors! If we need more jobs at some point, they're will be more Applications in the future. But for now, we're looking for at least 3 Editors to the team. You will have until October 5, 2024 to send in your Applications. After that date, I will announce the winners in the next episode of the series and also dm you in a Private Chatroom. You will start the episode after that. If you don't quality don't worry, because again like I said, there will be more opportunities open in the future. Also when you post your Application, put at the end of the post #GamingNewsletterApplication or send me a link of your post in a private dm to me. Also a friendly reminder, this could change but as of now, we have a new Issue once a week every Tuesday. Troll Application Posts will be ignored and make you uncontested for a spot on the team. Here's a template of what to do on your Application.

REQUIREMENTS

• A decently good experience with journalism. You don't have to be a journalist or former journalist, just good experience or good knowledge of how it works.

• A decently good experience with writing. You don't have to be a writer or former writer, just good experience or good knowledge of how it works.

• A strong attention to detail and good grammar skills. I'm not gonna be THAT guy that corrects everything you do. But, just make sure you spell check before you .

• Good researching skills for news to post about. Just make sure you link your sources when you research them.

• Be active. While being on this amino at least once a day would be appreciated, it's OK if u can't. I get it. Sometimes, I can't. Life is busy. But, try to be active minimum at least once every other day.

RULES

• If you are writing a news piece and you're using a source online, DO NOT use plagiarism. If you wish to use some excerpts from the article, you may type it IN YOUR OWN WORDS and at the end, LINK YOUR SOURCES.

• If you are writing a news piece and you want to provide your opinion on it in the same post, you may do so. But, type it separate from the news portion or your piece.

• For each news piece you write, try to find a really good picture related to the subject.

• Be kind and respectful to everyone who our series and of course everyone on our team. If you are rude and disrespectful, you will be FIRED FROM THE TEAM, BLOCKED, and REPORTED to .
