What is the *favourite member* list and how can you use this to your advantage to get immediate responses to your questions, from the Leadership team?

The leadership team (The leaders and Curators who essentially manage the community) recieve a Lot of questions from the in the community about everything from bots to bujos, and that's the way things are. We are more than happy to answer your questions.

But sometimes you might have asked something to one of us ( maybe it's a question about the community or something similar) but you'd be forced to wait for a long while before you get a reply from the Curator or Leader you ed because they weren't online. This is mainly because all the leaders and all the Curators can NOT be online ALL the time.

Hence, we come to you with this solution : Favourite .

If you were to add the Leaders and the Curators to your favourite list then you'd be able to easily identify if a Curator you're messaging is online it not. This way you'd be guaranteed to get a much quicker reply.

How to find the leadership team?

Step 1:

Open the side bar and click on the bottom button that says *all *

That should open up this page:

Step 1 :

Tap on the name, their profile would open up

Step 2 :

Tap on the top 3 dots at the top

Click on *add to favourite *

Now you can very easily see the online- in just one step.

The floating symbol/ thought bubble on top signifies that a person is online.

This way you can ALWAYS see which member of the leadership team is online to get the quickest answer possible to your queries.

[ note: you can also include new favorite using the search bars on the all list. Or by clicking on the plus symbol and then performing the search- provided you knew their name correctly ]

PS: "favourite" and "favorite" are the same thing. One is the Classically American spelling while the other is Classically "British". But in these modern times they are mostly interchangeable :grin:
