This is a wiki form for the Journalism Program. Journalists are leaders in the community that try and find interesting news from around the world. They have the "Journalist" title viewable on their profile page.

What does a journalist do?

The role of an journalist is to enlighten the community about world news. Anyone is allowed to the team. Journalists have to make a minimum of one post per month.

What is the difference between an ambassador and a journalist?

Ambassadors focuses on writing about a certain country, where as a Journalist is not limited by locations.

Does this mean I can't post on any other topic except news?

No, you can still make blogs, wikis etc on other topics or participate in debates and challenges. You are still free to post on whatever you want as far as it is in accordance with the guidelines.

There is another person who is a Journalist. Can I still apply?

Yes! There will always be plenty of news to feature.

How do I become a Journalist?

2) What type of news topics do you enjoy the most? (Politics, historical findings, animals, etc)

3) How active are you? Daily, Weekly, Monthly?

4) I agree that g up for this position will require a monthly commitment (or to message a leader for months I can't commit).
