Hello everyone! This is long overdue and should have been opened up much earlier but we are now recruiting for curators!

Before I break into what this means and entails, I would first like to formerly apologize to all of you. As the agent leader of this Amino, it is my responsibility to keep Japan Amino running. I have not been doing that job well and have in fact ed agent status over to Hayes back and forth quite a few times as a result. For this, I am sincerely sorry. I would like to take some responsibility for my inactivity and explain a little bit of background. I will be making a posts explaining that in depth shortly.

This is the curator application form.

WHAT IS A CURATOR

A curator is someone who has been chosen to look after the app and the on it. Curators are able to add content to the featured feed, edit the catalogue and look after the wellbeing of everyone on here. They are also in charge of disabling off topic and inappropriate posts. Curators help ensure the community is safe and that everyone is following the guidelines.

Curators need to:

• Be understanding and willing to help

• Refrain from bias

• Be enthusiastic about this community

• Be as active as possible (we are very understanding of exams and personal issues)

There is no age requirement as maturity is the main thing we're looking for. 15+ is the ideal age though.

Please take this job seriously if you are applying. Being a curator is fun and all but takes a lot of time and work. We often get threats and rude s that will be hurtful. It is all part of the job though.
