5 Units you should 4☆ Super Merge!

    Hello! Today I will be giving you a few units you should definitely Super Merge at 4☆ rarity. There are many benefits that come from Super Merging. These benefits include: More space in your barracks, a unit you can use in Arena Assault, and gets rid of units with bad fodder skills. If you don't know, a +10 4☆ is the equivalent to a +5 5☆. This means you will basically have a really good unit for very cheap.

    These are simple builds you can do with super merged units. This list is directed to more F2P and New players. Without any more delay, lets head right into it!

Cecilia

    Cecillia is one of the weakest units in the game. Her stats are not too impressive, but supermerges, blade tomes, and horse buffs together can make her very potent.

IVs

    Cecilia doesn't have many stats where she excels, so going for attack is good. Spd IVs can be good on her, but only go for it if doing a 5☆ super merge.

Build Explanation

    Not too much needs to be said about her build, as its a classic blade tome build. Blade Tome helps her damge by a lot. Her low speed can be an issue, so Lance Breaker can help secure kills on fast lance units. Hone Cavalry is used, as you can only use her inside a horse team. Outside use of her doesn't make her too good in most situations.

    You can use Atk+3 skill to replace Death Blow if you don't have any. Also, any Breaker Skill, such as Green Tome breaker can work. You don't need a Gronnblade+ for this, but you can give it to her to make her even stronger.

Alternative

    Another build combination you could make with Cecilia is an anti-bow cavalier. In this build, she trades off nuke potential for a more specialized role.

Est

-

    Est is a very diposable unit. She doesn't have any good skills worth foddering, and ends up taking barrack space. However, she is secretly a very offensive unit who can nuke others.

IVs

    She mainly wants to boost her Atk. For banes, go for Hp or Spd for this build. She is meant to be a sweeper unit who can eliminate a unit quickly.

Build Explanation

     Since Est is meant to sweep her units, Brave Lance and Death Blow are really good for nuking enemies. Drag back is for escaping the situation, as Est has very bad defense, and will probably die. Est also makes great use Def Ploy, adding more damage to her otherwise great Atk.

    Atk+ 3 and Hit & Run can also work as alternates to Death Blow and Drag Back. You can also switch out Def Ploy for a flier buff.

Alternative

    If you are willing to inherit a 5☆ Est, then you can give an upgraded Slaying Spear+. This build is more of a 'tank sweeper' and requires a +Spd IV. L&D also works, as your main source of doubles will be Spd, but DB or Atk +3 are a safer option.

Weapon: Slaying Spear+ (Atk/Spd Refine)

Special: Moonbow/Iceberg

A: Death Blow/L&D

B: Desperation

C: Fortify Flier

S: Flexible

Cherche

    Cherche is an extremely strong unit. Similar to Est, she can be a 1 round nuke and wipe enemies. However, her lack of any good fodder outside of Drag Back doesn't make her to useful when it comes to skills.

IVs

    Similar to Est, you want an +Atk IV for your nuking. Atk is really her only worth while stat, as you don't really need more defense.

Build Explanation

    This build is a quad Cherche build. Brave Axe alongside Desperation & Brash Assault is a really good combo. You also want her to make use of flier buffs, so Fortify Fliers is a good option. Bonfire also does major damage with her high def.

    While she doesn't need it as much as Est, Drag back and Atk +3 Seal can work as an alternate build if you don't like quad builds.

Alternative

    Another build you could run is a double phase build. This build can take on both enemy and player phase. Unlike Est, she can handle herself in a fight. This build can utilize +Def IVs.

Weapon: Brave Axe

Special: Bonfire

A: Death Blow/ Atk +3

B: Quick Reposte 2

C: Threaten Def 3/ Fortify Fliers

S: Flexible

Corrin

    Corrin is actually good fodder, as she has Hone Atk 3. While this may seem like a waste, I believe it may be worth while as other units have Hone Atk as fodder. Especially with the dragon emblem coming more into the meta, she can be really good.

IVs

    If you are doing a cheap build, +Atk can be very useful. Her Atk Stat is super low, so increasing it is a must. Unless you can sink in a Lightning Breath+ and refine it, then go for +Spd.

Build Explanation

    Lightning Breath is a very good skill, allowing for DC. Fury increases Corrin's bulk and offense greatly. Vantage will proc very quickly, as her health is pretty low. Her C skill is flexible, but having Hone Atk is a given. Bonfire is also good for her defense. You can also give her an Atk + 3 Seal, as her Atk is pretty low.

Alternative

    If you are willing to invest a little more into her, you can run Lightning Breath+ and a +SPD IV. This makes her a lot more effective.

Weapon: Lightning Breath+ (Spd Refine)

Special: Bonfire.

A: Fury 3

B: Deperation 3

C: Flexible

S: Flexible

Hana

    Ever since Sothe became 4☆, Hana's role as L&D fodder was taken. This basically makers her useless fodder wise. She is a great unit with her amazing Atk and Spd.

IVs

    Running either +Atk or +Spd IVs will help her either way. She doesn't really need to rely on it as her stats are pretty good. -Hp or -Res work fine as banes.

Build Explanation

    Fury + Desperation is a great combo. Her main issue is her weapon. Armoursmasher is a pretty lack luster weapon, but you can change it for something better. Her special can be Moonbow or Draconic Aura. Overall, she isn't to useful as a 'go to sword unit' but can work as a back up.

Alternative

    This build is a more offensive glass canon. She can decimate a lot more with this build, but won't be able to take a hit. This build benefits a +Spd IV.

Weapon: Firesweep Sword/Brave Sword

Special: Moonbow/Draconic Aura

A: Life & Death 2/3

B: Drag Back/Hit & Run

C: Threaten Def 3/Flexible
