•Dinraal Don't Starve Edition•

Hello hello everyone! Im back today with another drawing for yall! This is a continuation of a smol trilogy consisting of the dragons found in Botw. Today's post will focus on our fire dragon, Dinraal. Without further a do, let's jump into details! Enjoy! ^-^

Materials used :

:fire: Sakura125 Pencil (0.5)

:fire: Pigma Micron Pens

:fire: Copic Markers

Overall, this drawing took about two and a half hours to complete. The first hour consisted of creating a design, pose, and then sketching it out. (I think Dinraal sleeping looks very cute :3 ) Next I spent roughly a half hour outlining my work. Sizes included are, 0.3, 0.2, 0.1, 0.05. The final hour was used to add ton of color! I feel this last "stage" was extremely crucial in making Dinraal recognizable.

Anyways, onto the art!

Tada!!! Here is le dragon! From the initial start to completion, I had a blast with every step of this piece. Along with the dragon, I felt it was necessary to surround Dinraal with fire and little embers floating about. In my opinion, the fire really captures the "Don't Starve" style and brings more character to the drawing.

Lets move onto the progression photos! The pictures will start with the beginning sketch, then end with the final product. I took the last photo on an angle just to change things up. :)
