That's Not Possible... (one-shot)

I've done Tikki becoming human so now it's Plagg's turn! Yes I listened to all your requests and one day I had the urge to write down something and here we are lol :sweat_smile: . Hope you like it!

Before we start I'd just like to say a massive apology for not posting a fanfic in a month- and for not posting anything recently. School keeping me extremely busy as I have my GCSE exams end of April- mid June. Really hope you understand. Anyway without further ado... ENJOY!!

Change is happening, whether we like it or not. It's whether you choose to embrace it or avoid it that may cause the problems we face...

"Ugh my head." I slowly sit up, my head spinning like I'm trapped on a constantly moving fairground ride. I feel sick. I go to scratch my ears but I can't find them anywhere. Instead my hand connects with a bush of something soft. I run my hands through it, it flows through my hand. Umm what's happening. I remove my hand from my head as I rub my eyes and open them. I go to speak but my eyes are too busy darting around the room. What the hell!

My eyes finally land on my hands. "Holy sh-" Why aren't they black? They look like weird starfish. I poke my left palm with my right hand. It feels squishy and almost rubbery in a way. There's something hard under the surface. I'm so confused right now. I look over to Adrien, he's still sleeping. I squint and see his hand draped off the bed. I look at his hand then look at mine. They're pretty much identical. Wait... that's not possible...

Struggling to get a grip of this new concept I attempt to scramble to my feet. Ok I hate not being able to fly, no wonder Adrien loves being Chat Noir so much. After many failed attempts I eventually manage to stand up, using the white couch to help keep my balance. Slowly I make my way to his bathroom. I touch the door, amazed by something so simple. You can tell I'm new to the whole, opening things idea.

Once I manage to figure out how a door opens I turn on the light (still getting used to this) and look in the mirror over the sink. Wow it looks a lot smaller when you're a lot bigger, weird coincidence right? I stare at myself for a long time, taking in my appearance.

My skin is pretty tanned. Well compared for most humans I've seen it's a lot darker, almost a light brown with a hint of gold mixed in. My hair is jet black and is messily sprawled around the top of my head. It has a small shine to it. I look at my clothes. I'm wearing black jeans- they look a lot cooler than Adrien's plain boring blue ones. My top is an emerald green short sleeved t-shirt with a small pocket on the right hand side, it had a black paw print covering it. My shoes are black to match my tros and have green laces to match my top. My eyes are a dark green and I look a bit closer and can see dark brown spots across each cheek. I think they're called freckles? Weird name if you ask me. I smile and pearly white teeth lace my mouth. My canine teeth look a bit longer than the other ones.

After iring my appearance I walk back out to my owner. He has started to stir and is rubbing his eyes. Suddenly, I get an idea. Grinning like a cheshire cat I tiptoe over to him and put my head close to his. I blow lightly on his face as he murmurs something unintelligible. I wait until he's close to opening his eyes and I scream.

"BOO!" He jumps up and swears to himself. I fall into a fit of giggles on the floor as Adrien gets his bearings. When he sees me he swears again, a lot louder this time. "Oh kid, you should've seen your face. Haha, it was priceless!" I can't stop laughing, I feel tears threatening to fall and I start struggling to breathe. As slow down my breathing as I begin to catch my breath. Adrien is still looking me up and down confusingly. Once I finally calm down I stand up and run my hands through my hair.

"Plagg? Is that you?"

"In the flesh, quite literally aswell." I gesture to myself. "Pretty cool right, I mean look at me! As your kind would say, I'm fit!"

"Ok cringe. And also, what the hell happened to make you like this?"

"No idea, woke up like this. I was a bit startled at first but I think it's awesome. Although I do miss my flying abilities." I shrug as Adrien fiddles with his ring.

"So, I can't be Chat Noir whilst you're like this right? I mean, how would that work?"

"Don't really want to guess." I shiver at the thought. "Anyway, where's my cheese?" Adrien points to the drawer near his desk. I run up to it and open the small door. Wow it's really small, and lighter than what it usually is. I look inside and see the tiniest cheese I have ever seen. I pick it up and it fits in the palm of my hand. "Why is it so small?"

Adrien raises his eyebrows and sighs. "Because you're a lot bigger than normal so obviously everything will be a lot bigger. It's kinda common logic Plagg." He closes the bathroom door behind him and proceeds to get changed.

"Well I'm going to need a lot more than this." I reply, already stuffing my mouth full with camembert. It takes a lot longer to swallow, and I can't fit it all in my mouth at once like I used to. Human mouths are weird. As a kwami I'd be able to eat and swallow it in less than a second. Now it's taken me at least 3 minutes just to chew a small chunk. Maybe this wouldn't be a fun experience after all.

"Ok, sure. But right now we have to leave." Adrien exits the bathroom fully dressed and slips on his orange shoes. "We have a photoshoot to get to."

"You mean you have a photoshoot to get to." I jump onto the couch and am about to reach over to grab the remote but Adrien picks it up first.

"Nope, we. Plural. There's no way I'm leaving you here on your own. Come on." I groan and get up in defeat.

"Fine fine! I'm coming! But I better get cheese after this!" I cross my arms and follow Adrien out of the room. He puts a finger to his mouth and gestures for me to stay at the top of the stairs as he checks to see if anyone is around. Once he's positive the coast is clear he leads me down the staircase and we run out of the house and down the road. I quickly stop to catch my breath. "Jesus... why am... I so out... of breath!"

"Because we were running." Adrien takes a deep breath and starts walking at a normal pace. I struggle to keep up, my breathing faltering. As a kwami I could fly and move for hours and wouldn't even break a sweat. But now I run for less than a minute and I'm already panting for breath.

"Stop... for a minute... please." Adrien looks behind me and sees me breathing heavily. He walks back over to me.

"We're almost there. It's at the park which is just over 5 minutes away. There's plenty of places for you to sit and relax and I'll find a bottle of water to help." I nod as my heart rate starts to slowly decrease.

"Being a human sucks."

"You're not wrong there Plagg..."

Thanks for reading! I know I know I still have to do the second part to 'Why Aren't You Fangirling?' but it's hard to finish when you can barely find the time to write. I would write at night but by then I'm too tired and no ideas come to mind. Ugh. But I'll try and get it out asap. See you at some point in the future. Byeeeeee :wave:
