hello everyone!

this wiki will go over my tos and what I expect if you commission me or buy adopts for me all the sections are shown in the table of contents to make this easier for you to find what you are looking for!

Adopts/Commissions Information

for adopts (payment details are in character payment section) they will be posted with informations on prices on the post once the adoptable is bought the large watermark will be removed and the smaller one kept on the art piece and the adopt will be created on toyhou.se and sent to the toyhou.se supplied unless client/customer has stated theyd prefer it be receive through

the characters toyhouse will have the main character art that was shown on the post added to the images with the name “TBN” to the character profile, using the thumbnail as the same art from said image

said adoptable will be sent once all payments have been properly received and information on where to send said adoptable has been said

for commissions (commission payment will be in commission payment section) the final image without the main watermark will be sent to the character TH profile or sent to the client/customer through other means if requested once all payments have been sent

this art will have my artist watermark on the piece itself

Please note for commissions

when commissioning know what you want before you ask if you wish to consider i will only let that be held for 2 days at max before i have a right to cancel the order

when asking for changes you have a max up to 3 (a list of 4 changes counts as 1 for example) if this number of changes is sured to a more extreme amounts i will charge a fee for these extra changes up to 5k-10k ac depending on how egregious these constant changes are

if any artwork is reposted for promotional means or to show on social media credit is need as me of the original artist of the piece my bio contains all my current social medias

if you are rude, asking for discounts, or pushing back on payments with no valid reason i have the right to cancel the order and not be working with you in the future (this may also include ghosting)

if something comes up and you may be delayed paying that is understandable and i'd like to be informed as to not assume this is just ghosting

as the artist of said art whether it be adopts I've made or commissions I've done I own the copyright to and have

the right to use said artwork for promotion such as in my social medias or use in my portfolio

these art pieces were not created by yourself and cannot be claimed as your own art

_-Customers Copyright/Ownership-_

while I have the ownership and copyright of said artwork you are however the owner of said design/character

you own the copyright to that character (that you have bought or own from me) not the piece of artwork I've made and are free to use that character to use and create things with for financial reasons

before i send the character/adoptable to the customer/client the full payment of what was agreed upon or what was bought from the post must be paid on the post or to my coin bank or other stated place

the original price it was sold for must be kept the same if you are planning to resell my design with no extra art attached to said character

the price may be increased if extra art is added however

if a character of mine is being sold for non-usd currency the base price will be 5-USD unless stated otherwise in their profile or I have formally stated

for the correct payment to go along with the commission is below

half of said amount after the initial sketch and the rest after the final watermarked version is sent if there is art involved this initial sketch step is skipped

Redesign

as the original designer of adopts, customs and other designs I sell I have no formal reservations of being picky or particular with redesigns

and other details within the characters designs such as race, species, etc-

be aware that you do not have to me to get permission to redesign or change about a design you bought from me or own from me as you are now their owner

what is asked is that I am kept as the original designer of the character (such as designer credits) and if there is a redesign please leave the original art piece associated with my design on their profile or with them unless I have formally stated otherwise
