I finally found time to do the #MemoryEA30K challenge! I want to talk about a ride that he and my friend recently went on, it was amazing..

It was a Sunday morning and me and my friend Kayla went on a trail ride For about 30 to 40 minutes, luckily I videoed (is that even English?) the different parts of our ride.

I was riding Joker

≪━─━─━─━─◈ ─━─━─━─━ ≫

And my friend was riding Bella

So :clap:

we set out on our neighbours farm (we got permission), heading down a strip of grass between the cows paddocks and the forest. We just walked down there. At the end we turned left and walked for probably 500 + meters through this really long grass.

So then we went over this concrete bridge thing and we could see one of two absolutely stunning dams! The sun was reflecting off of them so beautifully. I had never been past the second dam before, but we both agreed that today we were going on an adventure.

So after wandering along this really beautiful track we came across this big puddle, it was probably 3 meters wide. Not a really big deal, just interesting to see how Joker would react, as I knew that Bella was NOT a fan of water on her hooves (she's a princess :joy: ) At first Joker hesitated but after encouraging him a bit more he went in and even stopped to have a drink! :joy: Bella didn't really need a lot of encouraging because she wanted to keep up with Joker.

Part 2^

So we were at the back of a macadamia farm that I never knew was so close to my house, so we decided to go part of the way up one of the rows, let's just say it was magical °.•°.

So, behind the macadamia farm was a clearance that was about 10m wide and stretched for quite a while... so how could we resist not cantering? I went in front and clicked Joker into a steady canter, and of course Bella followed. This canter only lasted for about a minute, but it was amazing. I felt so peaceful and happy in that moment, (I know how cringey this is) that I couldn't describe it. Even I tried really hard.

After that we had a little canter back and trotted through that puddle! I was very surprised when both Bella and Joker willingly trotted through the puddle. Then we just retraced our steps and went back home. We then hosed off the ponies and gave them each a carrot :)
