Kairos : Time traveling paradox.

Be on a hiatus and this blog must

Have out months ago but sike

I was busy and couldn't make it

Until now . And also a final blog

Before my hiatus ends so my beloved

Fans won't miss my blogs 🤣.

So I've watched a drama called :

KAIROS

Months ago * when it was Airing *

And during the watching I had

This idea of why not talk about

The time traveling paradoxes this

Drama had and or just talk about

Time traveling as a concept in general.

Take on the drama:

I watched the drama months ago so I only have the mains events stuck in mind , but what I still clearly is how I loved the drama , I really finished it in 2 days because of how great and mind blowing it was , so ill easily call it a top tier drama literally one of the best I've ever watched.

* Time traveling paradoxes *

1: The tachyons Communication device :

So to make sure you guys get the picture, this drama talks about a dude who his daughter got kidnapped, and a girl who lives 1 month in the past, the girl mistakenly calls the dude because he apparently has the phone number she used to have a month ago but he phone got stolen, so she thinks that she talks with the guy who stole her phone but he's not and he's someone who lives in the future, and story goes on and both try to help each other so they can find the perfect ending.

As I mentioned they use a phone to talk and they can only call or message each other at 10:33 pm for one minute, the drama doesn't mind to explain why or how they can talk to each others breaking all the laws of our beloved classical physics. Buuut don't worry guys I got yall , im here to explain it for yall , so the phone represents what we call * Tachyons Communications device * , the job of this device is to send messages and make calls with people in the past or future , so basically if we take a pair of photons created at the same time and altered one of those photons, in theory the other photon would be altered instantly, so in other words the device can make the Communication travel a long distance faster than light could, but this device needs some special materials and programming and in kairos they using normal phones.

2: A Mutable Univers / time line :

Mutable Time-line which is a time where nothing is fixed, so as an example if I traveled back in time and changed something my action will modify the future, same goes to the universe of Kairos , they things the female lead changes affect the future , for example she saved the ML from dying and got herself out of jail etc , and that will create what we call The Bootstrap Paradox which is a theoretical paradox of time travel that occurs when an object or piece of information sent back in time becomes trapped within an infinite cause-effect loop in which the item no longer has a discernible point of origin, and is said to be “uncaused” or “self-created”, so basically we not even sure of these info even exist or existed before.

3: Free well ? :

So I won't get to what free will is or does it exist as I've talked about it before in a previous blog so yeah , anyways the concept of time traveling and ing the changes is quite related to the problem of having a freewill, so basically if travel in time or use the tachyons device and changed smth in the past and you still aware of the changes you've made that means you have free will which hummm moderne neuroscience will disagree with sorry folks 🤷🏻‍♂,but in kairos the mains leads made lot of changes yet they aware of everything they changed and ing what they have made buuut other people around them don't anything which means :

1: main leads have free will other characters don't

2: they literally just changed the time line and they didn't change anything .

4: Illusion of a perfect ending:

So at the end, did our beautiful main leads succed to reach the perfect ending? I'll have to say no , basically what they been doing through all the show is changing time lines as for a Mutable Universe each change creates a time line , so they basically been running until they found the time line that suits what they want , and yeiks people in the past time lines where the ML died still exist and people suffering from it , the time line where the FL dies still exist and so on .

This blog was based on how I understood the drama and understanding of time traveling, so of course some of what I've said might be wrong after all I'm just an 18yo dude who loves both science and Dramas.

And also I applied some of the theories discussed on my fav anime of all the time * Steins gate * as it has almost same idea as Kairos.
