YouTube Career

MrBeast began his YouTube career at the age of 13 in 2012, under the handle “MrBeast6000. His early material ranged from “Let’s Play” videos to videos that estimated other YouTubers’ earnings and overall wealth.

He was active in the early years of his career; however, his videos remained relatively unrecognized and averaged around a thousand views each. MrBeast’s big break didn’t come until 2017 with the release of his video “Counting to 100,000 In One Video”. The video went viral and earned him tens of thousands of views in just a few days.

As of today, the famous YouTuber has over 27 million subscribers and is one of the most viewed content creators on the platform this year.

He is now managed by the Dallas-based talent management company Night Media.

After his first viral video, MrBeast began to collect more views and followers with similar content like his video where he attempted to spin a fidget spinner for 24 hours straight. He had reached his 1 million subscriber mark before the 2017 year ended.

As of now, MrBeat posts a variety of content to his channel. He still posts “junklord YouTube” content where he records himself or his friends participating in exhausting long hour stunts. His last-person-to-leave challenges in which he gives out thousands of dollars to the last person standing are some of his more popular videos.

This famous YouTuber has also gained attention for his donation and charity videos. MrBeast is known for giving away cars and thousands of dollars to small Twitch streamers, YouTubers, waitresses and Uber drivers.

I Put 100 Million Orbeez In My Friend’s

This video has over 71 million views, making it MrBeast’s most popular video.

In the video, MrBeast decided to fill his friend’s entire yard and swimming pool with 100 thousand orbeez. These tiny beads expand when you add water so you can imagine the mess that was made.

I Donated $50,000 to Ninja - Fortnite

MrBeast’s second most popular video “I Donated $50,000 To Ninja - Fortnite” has over 54 million views.

The charitable Fortnite fan donated $50,000 dollars to Twitch “Ninja”. $30,000 was donated during a charity stream for suicide prevention. He donated the other $20,000 during a charity stream for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.

In order to make the stream fun and interesting to watch, Ninja had to drop guns and supplies everytime MrBeast donated.
