This has been a very energetic day as we have worked on getting everyone outfitted in formal wear for an cruise. We are casual people so this was a big task.
Then we got home after dinner. Tonight and I expected to be wrecked. usually my energy tanks after something like this. Instead I ended up enjoying most of the evening talking to my daughter about politics, our trip, recent workings, etc. She went to bed at one am and I abruptly began unpacking all of my jewelry making items and putting them away! Two hours of that.... ( I couldn't believe how many gemstones were mixed in with nonsensical items) and I am finally settling to my bed.
New moon energy is either frenetic in this family or argumentative. Tonight was frenetic and fun! I found tons of things I'd been looking for and now have a start on a jewelry and clay studio again!!
My cluttered multi use creative space. It looked so empty before I added all of my jewelry stuff!
I also began making a wand on white birch to hold a pentacle bell for part of our cleansing ceremonies. It's not done yet.
So, lots of new beginnings today and saying goodbye to old clutter and modes of being! My next crafty/ witchy projects will be to make an infused oil for Lughnasadh and find the wand and one of the sage bundles so we can do a cleansing. I also want to make some of these gemstone beads into necklaces and bracelets for formal night. My daughter doesn't have the right one yet.
If I finish the wand in time I'll post it to the challenge. It still needs gemstones and the pentacle bell.
