I’m sorry, but not to sound callous but you said “.... having cancer.”; do you? I’m a spoonie also and very very sick too but not with cancer but maybe similar in body reactions. Do you have any tips for dealing with pain and no energy at all ?
Yes, I have stage IV rectal cancer that has traveled into my lungs.
My daughter and I are both spoonies. We both have fibromyalgia and she has a disorder that makes her ts dislocate a lot. For pain We both use heated blankets in the winter. I get medication from palliative care, but I also do a lot of chakra work while lying in bed. Sometimes I clean them. Other times I put the pain on an imaginary train and send it down my arm and through my finger to ground in the floor. Sometimes it works for a long time and sometimes it only works when I'm concentrating on moving the pain out.
