♡ Crescendo Evans, or Cress for short, is the son of Maka Albarn and Soul 'Eater' Evans, and the slightly younger twin brother of Sawyer. He is the meister and partner of the demon crossbow Rosette Thompson, and among the six main protagonists that make up my second generation characters.

♡ A strict and hardworking student at the top of his class, Cress is far more reserved and introverted than his brash and confident twin counterpart or his bubbly hardcore romantic weapon partner. He can come off as quite bitter and sarcastic, often making snide, biting remarks at everyone and everything around him. Though under that icy exterior, Cress is deeply jealous of his older twin, and has always found his scholarly achievements overshadowed by her physical strength and combat skills.

♡ The polar opposite of his matchmaker weapon, Cress is aroace and is openly repulsed by anything overly romantic. While others might wonder how the hell such different people became partners, Cress quietly, though genuinely appreciates how much Rosette accepts him and how ionately she wants to be his friend, and how determined she is to help him become a stronger meister and someone worthy of greatness.
