I've been using a new deck I haven't used for a long while. It's just a Plain Deck of Playing Cards. It's also more of a cartomancy style of readings. Simple words to indicate the cards' insights, which is a little more advanced for someone just starting to learn how to read card divinations, just to say.

Using just a plain deck of playing cards. It's more for situational type of readings.

As it only has 3 court cards (Queen, King, and Jack, not the usual 4), and only 1 Major Arcana (The Fool, and not the other 21), and no other major arcana suits. It has all four suits through 1-10. As to why I see it as for situational readings. Self readings for now, until I get back into using this deck. Practice, practice, it always helps :relaxed:

Little info:

Keep an open mind, as I'll be using both the modern and then traditional older , too. Depending on whom reads this. Tarot has a fixed 78 cards. 22 major arcana (trump cards), and 16 court cards, and then 40 minor arcana (56 suit cards).

With a Plain of Deck Playing Cards, it only has the 40 minor arcana, 12 court cards, and 1 major arcana (53 all together) for a card reading. I do have this as one of my many divination readings. As for now, self readings until I can re-master it again.
