Once again, a pretty simplistic premises. Chara is comparing her malevolency to Frisk's. If Frisk wasn't complacent, nor if they didn't reset, Chara would have been unable to commit the genocide they strived for.

Salutations, my partner of decimation;

We have reached the end of this run.

The monsters have succumbed to our wrath,

They exist no more, the deed has been done.

This world now only exists as this dark abyss,

Mirroring the defiled nature of our souls.

We thrive off the despair of lesser beings;

The monsters simply paying this deathly toll.

There is nothing else this world has to offer,

Shall we shatter it, move onto the next?

Perhaps our next victims will provide more adrenaline;

However, my companion, why do you seem vexed?

[Frisk]

Do not compare my person to yours,

I was controlled by your ventriloquist's threads.

Though this genocide was caused in my name,

You lay behind the scenes, leaving monsters for dead.

All those monsters that perished on this day,

Lived in tranquility in a previous timeline.

Yet that merciful end was soon erased,

The strings of fate and death, now left to intertwine.

My body was used as a tool of destruction,

Combined with your malice, brought their demise.

I was forced to watch the results of your actions,

Your deranged desire, your demoniac mind.

You are blinded by your own narcissism,

For you are just as responsible as I.

This wouldn't have happened without your input,

We did this together, we caused them to die.

You lived in peace on the surface above,

But then curiosity corrupted your morals.

As you are the only being who can reset,

You did so without hesitation, without any quarrels.

You were complacent in committing this sin;

Believing you were above the rules of the game.

You are just as destructive as myself,

For you and I are one in the same.
