I used a gluten free flour blend- mostly rice flour and some tapioca starch etc.

Hi Tinina, I think they look even bigger as the colour leached out into cake mix- I think frozen are best for this as it softens the skins.
Best gluten free cake I have made.
My son moaned because I added walnuts - but he still ate it! :smile:
