It's delicious. Definitely tastes like taco filling.
2 cups cooked lentils
2Tablespoons ketchup
1Tablespoon prepared mustard
1Tablespoon chili powder
1Tablespoon soy sauce
2teaspoons lemon juice
11/2 teaspoons cumin
1/2 teaspoons paprika
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon oregano powder
1/8 teaspoon Cayenne powder
I used started with dry lentils. I cooked 1 cup dry lentils in 4 cups water for 30 minutes. I drained the lentils. I used a potato master to mash them some. You can use a food processor too .
Then added in the rest of ingredients. Mix well .
I let Mine set for 10 -15 for flavors to blend.
I put my vegan taco filling on 2 corn tortillas topped with chopped Romain Lettuce and salsa .

Great mix of spices… can be used with crumbled tofu, prepared tvp or other taco fillings as well! Your tacos look delicious! :yum: 🌮🥰
Your great picture certainly appears to contain Extra Yum. I don't see Extra Yum in the recipe. You must have added it separately :joy:
It's a good recipe..I think everyone will like it . I was craving soft shell vegan tacos . I found the perfect bean taco filling.
