Last day in the Lake District
The sweet potato pancakes were for breakfast, and for dinner we went to a vegetarian place called Fellinis. The courgette & sweet potato soup starter was absolutely delicious. The main was a stuffed mushroom thing which was decent but not as good as the soup :yum:

Lake District (UK) part 1

"Chicken" Enchiladas

Office Christmas Party

Spinach Linguine 🤗
Nothing too fancy here, but very tasty 🥰 We fried some garlic and chilli flakes, then mixed with (cooked) linguine, along with pine nuts and vegan parmesan. This works really well with tagliatelle too
