I was a bit sick last week. Had a mild sinus infection it seemed. Thankfully I’m much better now 🥲

I made this concoction I like to call a “Wellness Elixir ”🧙🏾‍♀(not really committed to the name but it works for now)

The ingredients are ground turmeric (more cost effective but you can also use the root)

I added sliced ginger I would advise this over the powder version.

I added in lemon juice but would advise actual lemons if you have it. I didn’t at the time

I also added some raspberry oranges. It was my first time trying this fruit. Was a bit sad. Dry and not sweet. Maybe I choose poorly. 🤔

The last ingredient was some cinnamon sticks.

I felt tingly and had goosebumps after I drank it the following day. I also noted my sinus immediately felt a lot better. It’s been so good for me in fact I’ve had a glass each morning instead of coffee. (Speaking of I’m transitioning to mushroom coffee stay tuned for that~)
