What To Do If A Conflict/Argument Arises In Your Amino

Hello!

Unlike all of my other posts, this one will actually be giving advice and not asking for advice. I'm here to show you how to properly act if a conflict/argument arises in your Amino, even if you're not a staff member there.

Heads Up: There's a lot of bitmojis in this, I apologize. And also some brutal honesty, so... I apologize again.

In this post, we will conquer different subjects about what happens when a conflict/argument happens in your amino, and if you have any other tips, feel free to share them below.

#1. Don't Lose Your Cool

Picture this: You or someone else is in an argument with somebody else, and you pretty much lose it. Well guess what? Don't. Just don't. Be the bigger person, and try to calmly resolve the situation without chewing them out and making the situation 10 times worse. Even if it takes a while, work to calmly resolve your issues, especially if its a fellow staff member.

#2. Don't Just Sit Back And Watch, Do Something!

You don't wanna be that person who sits there and reads an argument between 2 in your Amino, do you? Well don't! Do your job and resolve the situation before it boils over and gets pretty much everybody else in your amino involved. You don't wanna be these people if your Amino is in chaos:

#3. Don't Get Ignored, Make Yourself Heard!

We've all been there: Trying to get people arguing in your chat/amino to stop and being ignored into oblivion, but that is when we need to make ourselves heard. Usually, the "Let It Go" gifs being sent repeatedly, as well as efforts from other will eventually get the dueling s to listen to you, but that's not always the case. And as seen in #1, don't lose your cool just to make yourself heard.

#4. Don't Paint Yourself As The Victim.

If you are one of the people in the argument, don't make yourself look like the victim unless you actually are the victim, and not the person who started the argument. This is very important.

#5. Lastly, Don't Resort To Banning Right Away.

As a leader, you don't wanna just ban the first member who starts an argument/conflict with someone, especially if its another staff member. Talk with both privately, and make a small, private group chat with just you 3 in it and work together to resolve their issues. They might even thank you for it.
